Hi, I'm Jacqueline Huseby
I’m a licensed real estate broker with Rob Trost Real Estate and have spent over seven years helping buyers and sellers throughout Tillamook County. Real estate is my profession, but it’s also closely tied to the life I live here.
Outside of work, I’m a mom to two young kids and live on a small hobby farm, where horses and rural living are part of our everyday life. I’m also a small business owner, which has shaped the way I approach real estate—with attention to detail, strong marketing, and a deep respect for the financial decisions my clients are making.
I approach real estate with clear communication, thoughtful strategy, and a genuine respect for how big these decisions can feel. My goal is to make the process as calm and straightforward as possible, so clients feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.

I moved to Tillamook in 2009 and have grown up building my life here. This is where I’ve put down roots, started my family, and gained a deep understanding of the local market and the lifestyle that draws people to it. Living and working in the area gives me firsthand insight into the nuances of coastal, rural, and land properties that can’t be learned from data alone.
Tillamook isn’t just where I work—it’s home. I’m raising my family here and enjoy the close-knit, down-to-earth nature of the community. From local schools to rural properties and small businesses, I value the relationships and lifestyle that make this area special, and I’m proud to help others find their place within it.
